Refund policy

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT AGREEMENT.
By agreeing to these booking terms, you are agreeing to pay at least the required deposit and agree to the deposit terms and conditions.
*You must be 18 or over to book an appointment with North East Aesthetics.
*Under 18’s are eligible for some treatments, however a parent or carer over the age of 18 must make the booking and attend with you.
*You are responsible for managing your own booking including arriving on time, rescheduling and cancellations.
*If you arrive late to your appointment, that time may be not be able to be added to your appointment time so please arrive on time to avoid eating into your appointment time.
*North East Aesthetics hold no responsibility for booking errors made by the client or notifications not received by this site. Please ensure you double check all details before booking and we recommend creating an account so that you can check over and manage your appointment after booking.
*All deposits are non-refundable if your appointment Is cancelled, however, your deposit can be transferred if you need to reschedule providing this is done ATLEAST 48 hours prior to original appointment.
*Same day cancellations and no shows may require full payment for the appointment and this payment may be taken automatically if you paid a deposit online, storing your card details. If not, then you become liable to pay the balance to us manually within 3 working days from the appointment date and by booking you agree to this. (We obtain the right to take legal action against you if this is not adhered to).
* If you have any issues regarding our customer service or a treatment you have received you must contact us immediately within 24 hours to inform us and agree to any follow ups we offer you in order to rectify any issues. We may not be able to accept liability if you report that you are unhappy with a treatment after 24 hours of leaving us. You are free to go else where if you do not wish to return to us, however, we must be given the opportunity to rectify any issues before you consider any exposure or negative reviews.
PAYMENT PLAN TERMS.
Secure 0% interest payment plans are available on treatments/courses over £149. Once you set up a payment plan by completing your direct debit mandate you are agreeing to your payment arrangement for the full duration of the agreement which is then unable to be changed.
You agree to the payment amounts and dates from the start date until the end date  of your plan.
You may be able to request to change the date of your direct debit payments, any changes will take effect 10 working days from the date of the change. If you have a payment due within 10 working days of the date change that will still be taken as per the original plan, the following payment will be taken on the new payment date.
You may request to cancel a payment plan in order to pay the remaining balance in full  via another method if agreed with North East Aesthetics And Training Academy.
We recommend that you don’t cancel your direct debit via your bank mid-plan as this may incur additional charges and any remaining balances will be payable in full. Please ensure your payment plan has finished and the last payment has cleared before cancelling any mandates with your bank.

COURSE BOOKING / REFUND POLICY
We have a strict NO REFUND Policy on all face-to-face and online courses once purchased.
Where the full balance is paid at point of sale, your course manual will be sent within 24-48 hours (where an online manual is applicable). The chosen course date can be re-arranged up to 3 times as long as atleast 72 working hours notice is provided, after the third arrangement we may withdraw your application, you will not be refunded and you may need to pay again to rebook. Any cancellations, no-shows or re-arrangement requests within the 72 hour window will NOT be refunded and you may need to pay again to rebook.
Where a deposit is paid and you change your mind or cancel your order within 14 days the remaining course balance will not be owed, however, the deposit will NOT be refunded. Any cancellations after 14 days or within 48 hours of your chosen course date will still owe the remaining balance and this may be taken automatically if you paid a deposit online, storing your card details. 
*All training manuals sent to you are subject to copyright and all rights are reserved by North East Aesthetics. You may download your purchased manual up to a maximum of 1 time and must not be edited, copied/pasted, photographed, screen recorded or shared with anyone else, online or in public. Any reason to believe this has been compromised may result in your application being withdrawn and no refunds will be given. We also reserve the right to take legal action against you as per our Privacy Policy.
